WEB: OJ Simpson is dead and Nicole Brown should still be alive

In the decades since their son Ronald L. Goldman was killed along with Nicole Brown Simpson in 1994, Fred Goldman has never stopped fighting for justice for his son.
Now, with the recent death of O.J. Simpson, Goldman is speaking out once again, saying that Simpson's death does not bring him any closure.
"It's not a victory," Goldman told the Los Angeles Times. "It's just a reminder of what we lost." Goldman said he believes that Simpson got away with murder and that he should have spent the rest of his life in prison.
"He was a murderer," Goldman said. "He deserved to die in prison." Simpson was acquitted of the murders of Brown Simpson and Goldman in 1995, but was later found liable for their deaths in a civil lawsuit.

In a statement released after Simpson's death, the Brown Simpson family said they were "heartbroken" by the news.
"We will always remember Nicole as a loving mother, daughter, and sister," the statement said. "Her spirit will continue to live on through her children and all who loved her." The Goldmans also released a statement, saying that they were "saddened" by Simpson's death, but that they still believed that he was responsible for the murders of Brown Simpson and Goldman.
"We will never forget what he did," the statement said. "We will continue to fight for justice for Nicole and Ron."
